Cryostorage

Cryogen vials are designed for cryogenic storage and preservation of biological specimens at temperatures as low as -196ºC.  This innovative line features outstanding leak resistance and purity due to the special thermoplastic elastomer layer that is co-moulded with the screw cap.  Each vial has a unique printed barcode for automated data collection, accurate sample inventory, and to conceal the sample's identity.  The vials have printed graduation marks for exzact measurements and a large white writing area for manual specimen identification.

The tubes are produced in a class 7 clean room (class 10000) according to DIN ISO 13485:2004, ISO 14644 and 14698 (Federal Standard 209).  Sterilized by beta-radiation according to EN ISO 11137.
